name, user ID, location, gender, birthdate, email address, profile picture URL, and friends’ user IDs. This

6. Information Automatically Collected for Fraud Prevention: To ensure secure and stable operations, prevent
cheating, and improve the functionality of CUBEVERSE services, we may automatically collect data using cookies,
browser storage, and app data caches. Automatically collected data includes Android ID, app package name, device
model, OS version, Bluetooth name, screen resolution, user ID, Google Ad ID, and app ID, along with error and
diagnostic data.
In certain cases, with your consent or based on other legal grounds, we may collect additional personal
information not listed in this policy. If this occurs, we will explain the changes in collection or processing
methods and purposes.
2.How We Use Your Personal Information
We collect and process the personal information mentioned in section 1 for the following purposes:
1. Registration Information (e.g., email, username, password, phone number, birthdate): Used to set up user
accounts, enable logins, protect user accounts, and provide services. This information is used with your consent

When you use the CUBEVERSE services, you may also use third-party SDKs or other similar applications (such as
embedded codes, plugins, etc.) that provide some of our services. Some third-party SDKs we integrate may collect
your personal information for the purpose of providing those services. By using such third-party services within
our platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your information by them directly. We will assess the
legality, legitimacy, and necessity of the information collection by these third parties, require them to take
protective measures for your information, and ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and
regulatory requirements. Information about the third-party SDKs that collect user personal information is as
follows. The legal responsibilities of the SDK operators and other specific conditions can be found in their

(2) Communication service providers offering SMS services;

servers are located. CUBEVERSE will only transfer your information to other countries or regions in compliance
with privacy laws. By accepting this policy, you agree to the cross-border transfer of your information to the
countries or regions where our relevant servers are located. In most cases, your personal data will be processed
in Hong Kong.
2. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of your personal information, regardless of its
location. We have established information security and access policies to limit access to our systems and
technologies.
3. Your personal information will be retained for as long as necessary for you to use our network services, or
until you request that we delete or process your information in accordance with your rights as outlined in this
policy or applicable laws. Once the retention period has expired or after we verify your identity upon your
request, we will delete, anonymize, or process your personal information according to your request.
4. We will provide appropriate security measures to protect your information from loss, misuse, unauthorized
access, or disclosure. However, you understand and acknowledge that we can only provide the maximum level of
security based on the current technological standards. We cannot guarantee that the security measures we provide
are 100% secure, without vulnerabilities or risks. Therefore, by choosing our services, you acknowledge and accept
the potential security risks.
5. We will make every effort to ensure the security of your personal information, and we ask that you properly
safeguard your username, password, and other sensitive information. We will use security measures such as

picture, nickname, or gender, you can directly modify it through our products or services or contact us in a
timely manner. We will assist you in making the necessary changes.
• Right to Erasure:
If you believe that we no longer need your personal information or that it has been improperly processed, you have
the right to request the deletion of the relevant personal information we hold, use, or process. However, if your
personal information is required by relevant laws and regulations to protect our legitimate interests, the

You have the right to cancel your Cubeverse service account. We provide a way for you to cancel your Cubeverse
service account. You can log into the account you wish to cancel and click: "My - Personal Center - Cancel
Account" to proceed with the cancellation. If you are unable to log into your account, cannot use the above path
to cancel your account, or encounter other related issues, you can also manually cancel your account through the
following methods:
1. By using the in-app information interface - Contact Customer Service
2. By contacting us directly through the contact details provided in the "Contact and Complaints" section.
Please note that in order to safeguard your account and assets, the above customer service processes may require
us to collect your personal information.
After canceling your Cubeverse service account, you will no longer be able to log in or use Cubeverse services
with this account. Any unused benefits generated by the account during its usage will be cleared. The content,
information, data, and records under the account will be deleted or anonymized (unless required by laws,
regulations, or regulatory authorities). Additionally, once your Cubeverse service account is canceled, it cannot
be restored. The account cancellation processing period is 7 working days.
When you choose to cancel your Cubeverse service account or when the circumstances outlined in the "User Service
Agreement" for each specific Cubeverse service occur, or when required by national laws and regulations, your
Cubeverse service account will be canceled. After account cancellation, we will delete your personal information,
unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations.
• Right to Opt-Out of Marketing Communications:
You can exercise this right by clicking the "Unsubscribe" or "Opt-out" link in the marketing messages we send to
you.
• Right to File a Complaint:
You have the right to file a complaint with the data protection authority regarding our collection and use of your
personal information. For more details, please contact your local data protection authority.
• Right to Withdraw Consent:
You have the right to withdraw the consent you previously provided for the collection, use, and processing of your
personal information at any time. However, withdrawing your consent will not affect the collection, use, and
processing of your personal information based on your consent before its withdrawal.
7.Child Protection Policy
1. Children under the age of 13 (or other age limits required by local laws) are not allowed to create any
CUBEVERSE service accounts.
2. If you are over 13 but considered a minor in your country (e.g., in some jurisdictions, anyone under 18 is
considered a minor), you must have your parent or legal guardian read this privacy policy with you.
If you are a parent or legal guardian of a minor in your country, please ensure you read this privacy policy
before allowing your child to create their own account or use the services. You agree to comply with this privacy
policy and are responsible for your child's use of the CUBEVERSE services. You agree to monitor your child’s use
of CUBEVERSE services to ensure they only view age-appropriate content.
Despite the above, we recognize our special duty to protect children in the collection and processing of personal
information. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to instruct children not to disclose or post their
personal information on our services without the prior consent of their parents or guardians. If we learn that we
have collected personal information from children under the age of 13, we will promptly delete such data.

8.Changes to the Privacy Policy

policy through a pop-up or other appropriate means when you log in. We will not reduce any rights you are entitled
to under this privacy policy without your consent.
9.Other Terms
1. Amendment of Agreement: The company reserves the right to amend the privacy agreement according to laws and
regulations and internal policies. Significant changes will be notified to users in advance.
2. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be amicably resolved; failing that, they shall be submitted to the Hong
Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration.
